Refund Policy
We have made our products with quality and performance. However, things might not work in the same way for everyone. So after purchasing the product if anyone think that they need to return the product or exchange it with other same product we will be happy to refund the entire amount with the applying of the terms and conditions.
Refund will be given if
- Item is promised to be supported but if the item will not support
- If there will be a problem with to download the item
- If anyone purchases the wrong item and needs other items ( conditions apply)
- If there will some error in the item and the right one for the customer
- If there will be some problem with the installation of the theme or plugins and the issue couldn’t fix
Refunds will not be given if
- If you don’t want it after you’ve purchased it.
- If you feel it’s not the right one for you after purchase.
- If you bought the wrong item but exchanged it with the correct one.
- When your system does not support the item.
- Not give a clear statement about the issues about the product for a refund.
We will process your refund as soon as possible if you claim about the refund. There might take some time to fulfill the process but it will take a minimum of days. By requesting the refund there is a need to inspect about the problem so have to take patience.
We reserve the right to reject a refund request if the conditions will not match with our company policy.
