Challenges Were Faced

Before getting each milestone Egens Lab have faced lot of challenges. The journey was not so easy for us. From the very first project we faced challenges to maintain the qualities for the competitive market place. This was the toughest challenges we had faced before the regular approval of our products and that was to maintain the requirements the quality of the products which could help us to approve the products by Envato. For this reason we have to test all sections properly of our products so that it could be proved a potential product to the users.  Got hard rejection as well as soft rejections in many projects and learn how to maintain good quality products for the competitive market.  After spending lot of times now Egens Lab are getting stable to maintain the quality of the products and gain the trust over 2500+ customers over 50+ countries.

Created A Strong Portfolio

Since Egens Lab have been working for Envato we have presented 85+ Products. We are working on Design creation (Figma ), Frontend Development (HTML and React JS), WordPress Theme development also Plugin Development and PHP/Laravel products. We came up with various ideas like Travel Agencies, Digital Agencies, Auction and Bidding platforms, Car Dealer and Listing, Hotel and Restaurant Booking site, Pet Care theme. Also working on more ideas which are giving the complete solution to the users as well with this these products we are making our portfolio stronger day by day. Also in future we will come with more unique ideas with new technologies which will be more impactful to the users.

In this time we have engaged with different communities where the Envato Authors are discussing and sharing their issues and ideas on their products. Participating in forums, discussions, and community events which helps are get solutions of our problems or sometime get new ideas from there.

We have more then 2500+ customer from the 50+ countries all over the world. Most of the time customers need help and support regarding their purchased themes. We have our support platform and support team. So we try to response immediately regarding their issues and fix their problem as soon as possible. Which were helping us to create good impressions to our customers.

Also we insure that once a issue arise in our theme that will never arise again. We will fix and update the theme issue once we get feedback from the customers.
