What Our Support Covers

We offer installation assistance, configuration for your desired use, and usage guidelines to get the most out of our products. We also know about any bugs or issues that we will be glad to help you resolve, so don’t become a serious problem!

We want you to be successful with our plugin. That’s why we offer it as-is and don’t provide customization or support for 3rd party plugins, but if there are any questions before purchase, please contact us to test the conflicting plugin for compatibility!

We know it sounds unfair when customers come across limitations in your products because of their own customized settings from other sources. We want you to have success using them, though – which is why they’re offered as-is without customizations or support intended specifically for third parties’ setups; however, if anything comes up after purchasing this edition (i.e., incompatibility), feel free to send an email at any time discussing the issue(s) and what might work.
